TRAINING

Our training is done one on one with the Broker. Newly licensed Agents are personally taught the ropes of real estate by the Broker. This includes all aspects of the real estate processes. Training for new Agents is typically one month long during which time you will be shadowing the Broker. Seasoned Agents who need refreshing can also benefit from the knowledge and experience we can offer.

TECHNOLOGY TOOLS

Southeast Realty Group is a paperless office. What does that mean for you as an Agent? You have the ability to work remotely without ever coming into the office. All of our transactions are digitally based and allow you to work your contracts from virtually anywhere you have access to a computer. We also utilize a Customer Relationship Management program (CRM)for managing all your customer relationships and interactions. Both the Transaction and Customer Management Program are tools we provide to our Agents to better help them succeed in their business.

We offer highly competitive commission structures to our Agents. In addition, we provide Lockboxes, Signage, E&O Insurance coverage, Advertising, No Desk Fees, Lead Generation, CRM, Digital Transaction System, Agent Landing Pages, Marketing Photos. Our office does has several events during the year where we gather for a Dinner, Boat Trip, Comedy Show or Trip.
